Introduction
Safety operation specification for wire drawing machine
1. The working area of the wire drawing machine shall be kept clean and tidy within one meter without obstacles to prevent falling, falling and tripping on the machine.
2. Before the operation of the wire drawing machine, check whether the electrical equipment is normal, and repair and replace the fault in time. When starting the machine, pay attention to the operation to prevent knotting or pulling off and damaging the tooling equipment.
3. When welding copper and aluminum rods, they shall comply with the safety operation specifications of the welding machine, wear protective glasses, and stand on the wooden base plate and on the side of the welding machine to prevent electric shock and scald.
4. During the drawing process of the wire drawing machine, when the end or middle of one pole wire is broken, it is not allowed to connect the connector under the drum by hand, and it is not allowed to adjust the wire arrangement of the take-up reel on the front.
5. After the copper and aluminum rods pass through the mold, insert them into the snake kaiyaogan, and insert the pin tightly. Before driving, the snake tong head must be placed on the pull plate flatly, otherwise the equipment is not allowed to start.
6. The personnel who master the clutch and switch must listen to the password of the personnel who master the disc pulling before pushing on the clutch (must be pushed down at one time) to prevent the chain from hurting the human body.
7. When the machine is running, it is forbidden to do cleaning or adjustment and repair work on the machine.
8. Don't make trouble or leave the machine at will during working hours. When setting out and knotting, it is strictly prohibited to start the machine for "rescue" and stop the machine immediately for treatment.
