Introduction
A copper wire drawing machine with self-lubricating function comprises a workbench, the upper end of the workbench is fixedly connected with a first vertical support plate, the left end of the workbench is fixedly connected with a unwinding mechanism, the right end of the workbench is fixedly connected with a winding mechanism, and the left front end face of the first vertical support plate is fixedly connected with a wire drawing powder box.
The upper side of the front end face of the first vertical support plate rotates from left to right and is connected with an upper wire drawing wheel and a first guide wheel, the middle of the front end face of the first vertical support plate is fixedly connected with an equidistant wire drawing die, and the lower side of the front end face of the first vertical support plate rotates from left to right and is connected with a pull-down wire wheel and a second guide wheel, The lower sides of the left and right ends of the wire drawing powder box are provided with perforations.
The copper wire drawing machine with self-lubricating function ensures that the wire drawing powder is adhered to the copper wire to form a lubricating film, improve the lubricity of the copper wire and the wire drawing wheel, reduce the friction coefficient, improve the service life of the wire drawing wheel and improve the quality of the product.
