The reciprocating winding mechanism comprises a tensioning wheel, a support arm, a servo motor and a screw transmission mechanism, and the servo motor is connected with the screw transmission mechanism, The screw nut on the screw driving mechanism is connected with the support arm through the connecting rod, the end of the support arm is connected with the tensioning wheel, and the axis of the tensioning wheel is parallel to the axis of the take-up wheel.
