Introduction
A small high-speed copper wire drawing machine comprises a frame (1), an inlet (2), an outlet (3) and a controller, which is characterized in that the frame (1) is provided with a guide wheel group (4), a mold base (5) and a tower wheel group (6), and the frame (1) between the inlet (2) and the guide wheel group (4) is provided with a conductor wheel (7), The frame (1) between the tower wheel group (6) and the outlet (3) is provided with a constant tension device (8), the inlet (2) and outlet (3) are respectively provided with an inlet sensor (9) and an outlet sensor (10), and the tower wheel group (6) is connected with the drive motor (12) through a coupling (11), The guide wheel group (4) is connected with the tower wheel group (6) through a chain (13), and the incoming sensor (9) and outgoing sensor (10) of the driving motor (12) are respectively connected with the controller.
