Introduction
Startup steps
1. Close the power switch.
2. The inching operation is adopted, and the threading die passes through the sizing in turn to the take-up reel.
3. start the equipment, slow up the speed, observe the synchronization of the main engine and the take-up line. If there is no synchronization, press (stop) key, after shutdown, adjust and restart.
4. Observe the wire arrangement and avoid wire stacking or wire collapse at both ends of the take-up reel. If necessary, adjust the limit switch of wire arrangement to make the wire arrangement uniform.
5. Annealing voltage adjustment: in the automatic tracking state, changing the "annealing coefficient" can change the annealing voltage online, increase the annealing coefficient, the annealing voltage increases, otherwise, the annealing voltage decreases. In the manual state, changing the "annealing voltage" can change the annealing voltage online.
6. Normal shutdown: press the < shutdown > key, or set the meter length to, and the host starts to slow down until shutdown.
7. Precautions after wire break: in case of wire break during operation, stop the machine first. After the wire drawing machine stops, check the wire break position. If it is in the annealing part, disconnect the annealing power supply first, and then open the annealing door for threading.
8. Emergency stop: an emergency stop button is installed on the take-up operation panel of the console. In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button and take-up brake. After returning to normal, turn the emergency stop button in reverse to make it pop up. Otherwise, the take-up is always in the holding brake state.
