Re mold the wire drawing machine according to the actual situation of the wire drawing machine: adjust according to the wire drawing principle to make the annealing wheel speed / constant speed wheel speed = forward slip coefficient × Fixed speed wheel diameter / annealing wheel diameter, in which the diameters of fixed speed wheel and annealing wheel are known, and the rotational speed of fixed speed wheel and annealing wheel can also be measured, so as to obtain the forward slip coefficient. The die of the wire drawing machine can be re matched according to the slip coefficient, so that the matched die can meet the requirements.
