Introduction

At the same time, the more the pass is, the thicker the wire diameter is, the greater the drawing load is, the greater the power loss is, and the more serious the damage between the wire rod and the tower wheel is, resulting in the tower wheel grinding out of the groove, or the wire rod throwing up during drawing drives the mold to shake, and the force on the wire rod is uneven, Bamboo like or broken.
