However, attention should be paid to the following aspects in actual design and production:

The relationship between annealing copper wire diameter, wire exit speed and annealing current and annealing voltage. For the determined wire diameter and outlet speed of the annealing pot, constant annealing current and annealing voltage must be guaranteed, and it shall also be able to automatically track and adjust according to the outlet speed when the equipment is started and stopped, so as to avoid the phenomenon of "overlapping" and "over burning". In the design of annealing control system, a double closed-loop control loop is adopted. The system automatically tracks the running speed of the equipment in the whole process, and accurately controls the annealing voltage and annealing current to make the annealing copper wire extend evenly; In addition, overvoltage, overcurrent, phase loss protection and trigger phase loss protection circuits are designed. When annealing fault occurs during operation, the protection circuit will immediately feed back and stop the output of annealing current and annealing voltage and emergency shutdown of the whole line.
