Introduction
Operating procedures of wire drawing machine
1. Before starting the machine, first check whether the rotation of the machine is normal, whether various start switches are flexible and whether the alarm device is reliable;
2. Check whether the specification of the bus meets the process requirements, whether the pay off frame is flexible and whether the drawing oil (lubricating oil) is normal;
3. After the above inspection, arrange the eye mold (equipped with eye mold) according to the production specifications, pass the bus from front to back through the mold, and pass through the tower wheel circle (2,3) in turn according to the tightness of the mold;
4. Thread the wire, then align the eruption oil port with the die, turn on the wire drawing oil switch, cover the protective cover, and start the machine;
5. When opening the protective cover, handle it gently and do not use too much force to prevent the protective cover from slipping and crushing fingers;
6. After the machine is started for 2 or 3 minutes, first watch the cable arrangement and adjust the cable arrangement in a suitable place. There shall be no phenomenon of height on both sides or ground on both sides;
7. When looking at the wire arrangement, do not put your head into the door of the coiling box to look at the wire arrangement, so as to avoid breaking the wire, stabbing your eyes with your head, and do not touch the rotating part of the machine with your hand;
8. Wear labor protection articles at work, do not wear slippers at work, and do not smoke in the workshop at work to avoid fire;
9. After winding off the shaft, first check whether the product meets the process requirements. When winding off the shaft, handle it with care. Do not bruise or bruise the surface of the line, let alone use dirty gloves or touch the surface of the line to avoid oxidation;
10. When taking the empty iron shaft, use a forklift or forklift to pull the iron shaft, and do not roll to avoid collision
Damage the iron shaft edge to prevent the iron shaft from deformation; When empty the iron shaft, it shall not be placed too high to prevent slipping and hurting the foot;
11. During working hours, pay more attention to whether the machine operates normally, whether the abnormal noise is too loud, and whether the machine runs overload;
12. The precautions for maintenance and repair shall be implemented according to the instructions of the machine;
13. Keep the ground and machine clean, and make shift handover records.
