Introduction
Precautions for safe operation procedures of annealing tin plating
A. Operators must be trained in safety technology and familiar with the operating procedures, otherwise they are not allowed to operate the machine
B. Operate the equipment in strict accordance with the "operating procedures".
C. Operators must wear safety protection articles before operating the machine.
D. When working, the safety device is unreliable and cannot be started.
E. Before production, strictly check the equipment and start it after confirming that it is normal.
F. During production, it is strictly prohibited to contact high-temperature and high-speed mechanisms such as oven, annealing furnace, tin bath and traction.
G. During work, operators shall not leave the machine at will. They shall often observe the operation of the equipment and respond to abnormal conditions. Stop the machine for inspection and report to the workshop leader if necessary.
H. In case of sudden power failure during production, immediately disconnect the power switch and return the controller to zero.
