Introduction
Annealing process operation specification
1. Production scope
Tank annealing furnace is used for annealing copper single wire, and the wire diameter range is 0.08 ~ 0.32 mm.
2. Preparation before startup
2.1 Prepare measuring tools and tools for production, and check whether the calibration measuring instruments are accurate
2.2 Check whether the crane, vacuum pump, instrument, instrument and other production equipment are in good condition and normal, and check whether the heating element in the annealing furnace is damaged. If it is damaged, it shall be repaired in time
2.3 During annealing of copper single wire, the annealing steel tank shall be checked for air leakage. In case of air leakage, clean the sealing groove and sealing rubber ring.
3. Startup steps and operation points
3.1 Lift the inspected copper single wire with a lifting hook and slowly lift it into the annealing steel tank to prevent damaging the conductor
3.2 After filling the tank with copper single wire, cover the tank cover and tighten the tank cover bolts
3.3 Start the vacuum pump, connect the vacuum hose to the annealing steel tank valve, vacuum to make the vacuum pressure gauge close the valve when it does not reach the pressure required by the process, then close the vacuum pump, remove the hose, connect the carbon dioxide hose, open the valve and fill carbon dioxide to make the vacuum pressure gauge indicate the pressure required by the process. When inflating, open the low-pressure valve of the cylinder first, and then the high-pressure valve of the cylinder. When closing the gas, close the high-pressure valve first and then the low-pressure valve
3.4 Lift the gas filled annealing steel tank into the electric furnace, heat it according to the temperature required by the process, connect the tank cover cooling water pipe, open the water system, and check the furnace temperature and air pressure during the heating process. After heating up to the annealing temperature required by the process, the insulation must be continued, and the insulation time shall be implemented according to the process regulations
3.5 Lift the annealing steel tank out of the electric furnace and put it on the ground, let it cool in the air until it reaches the natural cooling time required by the process, and then put it into the water tank for cooling. Soak it according to the soaking time required by the process. After reaching the time, open the tank and take out the wire. The wire shall be handled carefully to prevent damaging the copper wire
3.5 When the gas pressure in the tank is found to rise gradually during annealing, it is necessary to take remedial measures instead of gradually increasing the gas pressure in the tank. If the air pressure rises more than 0.1MPa during heating, it must be deflated to 0.01Mpa. To prevent the steel tank from deformation due to excessive air pressure
3.6 The outgoing lines of each tank must be stacked at the designated position according to the product shape to prevent bumping, check the appearance quality, and notify the inspector to sample and inspect the mechanical and electrical properties of the copper wire. The products that have passed the acceptance must be hung with qualified labels, and records must be made carefully
