Features
1. Control part:
It adopts PLC automatic control system + man-machine interface operation screen, which can remember 99 groups of different packaging specifications. When changing coil specifications, the machine is free of adjustment, and all data are displayed on the man-machine interface screen at a glance; The electric control box and operation panel adopt modular design, which makes maintenance and replacement simple.
2. C-ring:
The C-ring is driven by the timing belt and plastic steel gear. The C-ring does not slip, the packaging is stable and the noise is low; The C-ring is made of special steel. The inner and outer rollers supporting the C-ring are covered with superior glue. The C-ring is not worn, the operation remains true and round, the service life is long, and overload protection is added, so that the motor is not easy to burn down.
3. Automatic arm mechanism:
Adopt four groups of electric arm adjustment, including the adjustment of coil outer diameter and the calibration of winding center point, which is convenient and fast; Four axis power wire holding ensures no slip and no out of round operation. The overlapping degree of packing belt can be adjusted.
4. Cutter:
The pneumatic cutter system is adopted, and the set length of packaging materials will be cut off automatically after coiling.
The cutter body can be serrated or scissors type (selected / replaced according to the needs of different packaging materials), and the blade surface is sharp,
The cutting belt is clean and neat. It can cut PVC, PP, PE plastic film, weaving and other packaging materials.
5. Clamping claw:
After the package is sent to the fixed point, it will be automatically clamped and pulled. After winding for 1.0 turns, the clamping claw will automatically retreat. When the winding reaches the set initial number of turns (1.5-2.5 turns), the clamping claw will automatically release the belt without any manual action, which has high safety.
6. Belt feeding device:
Pneumatic belt feeding device, lock free screw, fast belt changing, more convenient for installation.
7. Automatic label sending mechanism:
The whole stack label discharge type is adopted, and one label is automatically fed into each packaging line roll, which does not need manual work, is convenient and safe, saves time and improves the output.
8. Drive motor:
C-ring: 1 HP × 4P AC motor. (rotary packaging)
Wire holding arm: 1 HP × 4P a C motor + 1 / 20 reducer.
