Features
(1) Positioning device: it adopts the flat cable of OnOk servo motor to synchronize with the pan shaking host.
(2) Electrical circuit control of the whole machine: it adopts Willem touch screen + Siemens PLC programmable control.
(3) The operation panel adopts man-machine interface (Graphic operator lninterface).
(4) Instruments and switches on the operation panel: touch screen, speed regulation button and emergency switch.
(5) The speed can be adjusted on the touch screen or on the speed control button.
(6) The PLC of the machine has power frequency spark machine contact: (the power frequency spark machine is provided by the customer)
(7) It is used for spark detection of BV line. It can automatically mark the spark breakdown point or continue to form a circle after manual marking.
(8) The PLC of the machine has a caliper contact: (the caliper instrument is provided by each household)
(9) When the diameter does not meet the standard, it can automatically eliminate the waste line or continue to form a circle after manual marking.
