Introduction
In the production process, the rod material has irregular quality defects, which makes the monofilament broken by various unpredictable tensions in the drawing deformation. This situation rarely occurs when the rod material is good.
Solution: select different mold matching schemes according to different rod materials, and constantly explore in production. For example, when producing the copper rod produced by the up drawing method, 8 drawing machine dies are required to pull the 2.53mm single wire, while when producing the single wire with the same outer diameter, if the rolling rod is used, an additional bridge die shall be added when matching the die according to the requirements;
Before production, the copper rod to be produced shall be fully self inspected, the quality defects of the copper rod shall be found in time, and the corresponding countermeasures shall be found in time according to different conditions, or the wire drawing speed shall be reduced, or the defective parts in this section shall be removed.
During production, constantly observe whether the annealing current of wire drawing is normal, especially when it is just started, pay special attention to the change of annealing current, and adjust the size of annealing current according to the change of wire speed, so as to make the annealing current gradually increase with the increase of wire speed and ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
