Introduction

Multi-wire drawing machine is an equipment used in the manufacturing process of wires. It consists of a series of drawing dies arranged in a specific pattern to draw multiple wires simultaneously from larger diameter wire down to smaller diameter wire.

1. High precision helical gear transmission, unique oil lubrication mechanism, dual motor drive, fast mold changing system.

2. The drawing oil lubrication adopts strong oil injection design inside the die base, which makes the lubrication more sufficient, saves space and is convenient for operation.

3. Annealed contact copper ring and nickel cylinder are made of special alloy materials to ensure longer service life.

4. The on-line annealing control adopts the zero meter preset voltage design to ensure the stable annealing quality of the wire rod in the startup and shutdown states.
