Annealing details
1. The stretching force of softening conductor is even and stable and reaches the international requirement of the stretching rate.
2. Annealing is a two-period process: preheating period and annealing period.
3. Softening room is protected by steam with hand-operated pressure regulating valve. (The pressure of steam is 0.2Mpa) the dosage is 20kg/H.
4. The exit is equipped with air-drying device by hand-operated. (0.2~0.4MPa)dosage is 30 m3/H.
5. Annealing cooling adopts water circulatory cooling. Heat exchange by the water. Dosage: 30m3/H.
