Introduction
Cooling system
The water inlet pipeline of the cooling water system is equipped with a pressure transmitter to monitor and display the pressure and flow to ensure that the cooling water path is unobstructed. The outlet of each cooling water branch is concentrated to the detection water tank. The water tank is equipped with each return water temperature display and monitoring, and each return water is equipped with flow monitoring alarm
The inlet water flow of the crystallizer is controlled by monitoring the inlet and outlet water temperature difference of each crystallizer, and the outlet water temperature of the crystallizer is displayed on the temperature monitoring cabinet. At the same time, it must meet the requirements of mold temperature control.
The cooling water distributor distributes the cooling water to each crystallizer of the inductor of the power frequency induction furnace. The device is equipped with electric contact pressure gauge, temperature sensor and digital display. The supplier shall provide water pressure and water temperature alarm functions. All branches are made of pressure resistant steel pipes and supporting pressure resistant pipe joints to ensure the safety of pipeline pressure and no leakage.

Process Flow
Cathode copper plate → melting furnace → transition bin → holding furnace → continuous caster (crystallization molding) casting rod → take-up machine → sale or deep processing
Cathode copper is directly added into the melting furnace of QLW combined furnace and melted into copper liquid after power frequency induction. After melting, the copper liquid will automatically and smoothly overflow into the intermediate holding furnace through the transition bin, and the copper liquid has a stable reduction process through charcoal covered on the surface. After reduction, the copper liquid will quickly crystallize into a casting rod through the crystallizer in the continuous caster in the holding furnace, The casting rod is pulled upward through two pairs of traction rollers in the continuous caster. After being pulled out from the traction mechanism of the continuous caster, the casting rod is introduced into the take-up machine through the guide wheel frame and take-up limit device.
