Introduction
Structure composition:
Power frequency inductor is mainly composed of furnace body, furnace frame and inductor.
The shell of the furnace body is a steel structure, and the interior is made of refractory bricks, thermal insulation bricks, siliceous ramming materials and thermal insulation materials; The furnace frame supports the whole furnace and is fixed on the floor foundation through anchor bolts; The inductor is composed of shell, coil, water jacket, mouth iron core and melting ditch. The high-voltage side (primary) of the inductor is composed of coil.
The melting inductor adopts a 300kW three-phase balanced autotransformer, the voltage can be adjusted from 90 to 380V, and the 9-gear contact type step-by-step electric voltage regulation; The inductor of the holding furnace adopts a 75kW three-phase balanced autotransformer, the voltage can be adjusted from 90V to 380V, and the PLC program control has automatic voltage regulation; The low-voltage side (secondary) of the inductor is composed of a short-circuit coil molten groove. After power on, under the action of the electromagnetic inductor, a large current and low voltage are generated in the molten groove to melt and melt the added electrolytic copper; Qlw furnace is composed of two inductors, one is a melting inductor and the other is a thermal insulation inductor.
A group of 300kW "W" integrated melting ditch is selected as the melting inductor. The "W" inductor has the characteristics of high melting rate and low power consumption. A 75kW "O" type melting ditch is selected as the thermal insulation inductor. The thermal insulation material of furnace shell and inductor shell adopts nano thermal insulation material, which can reduce the surface temperature of furnace shell. The water jacket and coil crystallizer are cooled by water, and the cooling water is recycled, which is provided by the water pump of cooling pool.

Process Flow
Cathode copper plate → melting furnace → transition bin → holding furnace → continuous caster (crystallization molding) casting rod → take-up machine → sale or deep processing
Cathode copper is directly added into the melting furnace of QLW combined furnace and melted into copper liquid after power frequency induction. After melting, the copper liquid will automatically and smoothly overflow into the intermediate holding furnace through the transition bin, and the copper liquid has a stable reduction process through charcoal covered on the surface. After reduction, the copper liquid will quickly crystallize into a casting rod through the crystallizer in the continuous caster in the holding furnace, The casting rod is pulled upward through two pairs of traction rollers in the continuous caster. After being pulled out from the traction mechanism of the continuous caster, the casting rod is introduced into the take-up machine through the guide wheel frame and take-up limit device.
