Technological Process

Electrolytic copper(extruder packaging materials )---melting furnace---controlling sluice valve---transition bin---holding furnace---continuous casting device(crystallizing and molding)casting rod---traction machine---the rolling velocity controller---coiler---sell or further processing

Electrolytic copper and f packaging materials are directly added into melting furnace, through power frequency induction melting into liquid. Then turn off the sluice valve of melting furnace. When it’s qualified after test, make the melted. The copper liquid steadily flows into holding furnace diaphragms through transition sluice valve. At the same time, the surface charcoal can ensure the copper liquid has a stable reduction process. After finishing the process of reduction, copper liquid flows into holding furnace and the graphite phosphorus slice can isolate oxygen. Through the holding furnace wall flows into crystallizer, and then the servo motor of the continuous casting machine drag, drawing the copper rod and pause then quickly crystallize into casting rod, through the wheel frame and the line spacing device of coiler change frequency and limit the speed to lead to double head wind round coiler’s take up stand.
